Restaurant Manager:
  • Age 25 – 35 years.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the current role.

  • Ability to work well with a small team of restaurant and bar staff.

  • Ensure restaurant is staffed in line with peak/off peak hours.

  • Meet and achieve sales/profitability targets.

  • Ensure consistency in food and beverage service.

  • Monitor and control inventory in order to ensure adequate stock.

  • Oversee and maintain cleanliness and physical appearance of staff.

  • Ensure industry standards and H&S procedures are followed/implemented.

  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
