Restaurant Manager:

Age 25 – 35 years.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the current role.

Ability to work well with a small team of restaurant and bar staff.

Ensure restaurant is staffed in line with peak/off peak hours.
-
Meet and achieve sales/profitability targets.
-
Ensure consistency in food and beverage service.
-
Monitor and control inventory in order to ensure adequate stock.
-
Oversee and maintain cleanliness and physical appearance of staff.
-
Ensure industry standards and H&S procedures are followed/implemented.
-
Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
