Ceylon herb scented tender lamb chops served with mint yoghurt sauce.

Vegetarian Rolls

Popular short eat, mixed vegetable and spices wrapped in a pancake and coated with bread crumbs.

Chicken Devil

Chinese inspired Sri Lankan dish, sweet, sour, devilishly hot but full of complex flavours tossed with onion, capsicum, tomato and spring onions.

Cajun Prawns

Cajun spiced pan fried tiger prawns served with garlic butter.

MAINS

 

Sea Bass in Banana Leaf

Traditional Ceylon flavoured seabass, baked and served with spicy asparagus, wrapped in a banana leaf.

Chicken Roulade

Oven roasted apricot chicken roulade accompanied with buttered vegetables and herb potatoes.

Rice and Curry

Veg Option: Dahl, Carrot Sambol, Sautéed Potatoes

Vegetable Thali
